Refund and Returns Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to products, digital services, app listing services, website services, business-support services, and other services offered through UTTAMSHOP.IN by UTTAMSOFT Digital Solutions.

Users may request cancellation of an order or service request before processing, approval, listing, delivery, or work commencement. Once a digital service, website service, app listing review, approval process, or service work has started, cancellation may not be possible.

Payments made for digital services, website services, app listing, app review, digital tools, business-support services, or customized work are generally non-refundable once the service process has started or the work has been delivered.

For physical products, return or replacement may be considered only if the product is damaged, defective, wrong, or significantly different from the order details. Users must contact us within 7 days of receiving the product.

The following items or services may not be eligible for refund:

Digital services after work has started
App listing or app review fees after review/approval process has started
Website design, development, customization, or maintenance services after work has started
Downloadable digital products
Customized services
Consultation or support services already delivered
Products damaged due to misuse, wrong handling, or user negligence

If a refund is approved, it may be processed to the original payment method or another suitable method as per payment gateway or service conditions. Refund processing time may vary depending on the payment provider or bank.

UTTAMSOFT Digital Solutions reserves the right to cancel any order, app listing request, service request, or digital service due to technical issues, eligibility issues, incorrect information, misuse, policy violation, non-availability, or other valid reasons. If payment has been made and the service has not started, a refund may be considered.
